1、 先将水加热至60-70℃。
Heat the water to 60-70℃ first.
2、 将沥青加热到130-140℃。
Heat the bitumen to 130-140℃.
3、 将称量好的乳化剂加入加热好的水中搅拌均匀;
Mix evenly the scaled emulsifier with heated water.
4、 将加热好的沥青和乳化剂水溶液同时泵入胶体磨进行乳化即可。
Pump the heated bitumen and emulsifier aqueous solution into the colloid mill simultaneously emulsified.
5、 每生产一吨乳化沥青加入6-12公斤乳化剂。（按实物量添加）。
Add 6-12 kg emulsifier when producing one ton of emulsified bitumen. (Added by the physical quantity).
